A dedicated concierge will help you plan a menu, excursions, transportation, groceries, etc. The villa staff will pre-stock the villa with snacks and beverages prior to your arrival.

All food and beverages are purchased at cost and are paid for by the guests. You will be provided with grocery receipts

For on-site chef and meals:

You may choose to add additional chef services (see pricing below). We are happy to design a menu for you or you can give us a menu that you would like us to prepare. Please note that the cost of groceries is not included.

Pre-stocking of groceries $40 (includes shopping, pick up and delivery )

The following includes 3 staff; chef, sous chef, waiter, menu planning, staff transportation, shopping, and stocking of groceries.

Breakfast service(2-4 dishes): Average price per dish: $3-4

Lunch service (3-5 dishes): Average price per dish: $4-5

Dinner service (4-6 dishes): Average price per dish: $5-6

Professional bartender (8 hours) $80 usd (extra hr 10 usd)

Holidays (Sep 15, Dec 24, 24, Jan 1) Please add $190 to cover country mandate holiday overtime for staff

Once you share your guest count and desired number of meals at the villa we can provide a package price.

Package prices can be negotiated.

There is a charge of $45usd for each additional trip to the grocery store. All services include a server at no additional charge, however, gratuities are appreciated.

Basic daily housekeeping/cleaning is included in the cleaning fee

The principal renter must be over 25 years old and stay at the property. The staff takes official Mexican holidays off.

No events or weddings are allowed unless permission has been granted by the owner prior to making the reservation.
