What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate if availability allows.
How do I access the property?
All of our properties use keyless entry. A unique door code will be emailed to you prior to arrival—no need to pick up keys or stop by an office.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes! All of our rentals are stocked with fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies like soap, paper products, and trash bags. You’ll just need to bring any personal toiletries or extra items for longer stays.
Do your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Yes, all properties include free Wi-Fi. Please note that speeds can vary depending on the mountain location.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know plans can change. Most reservations are refundable up to 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made closer to arrival may be non-refundable. Full details are listed during the booking process.
What’s the best time of year to visit the Smoky Mountains?
Every season has something special! Spring brings wildflowers, summer is perfect for Dollywood and waterparks, fall shows off incredible foliage, and winter sparkles with millions of Christmas lights during Winterfest.
Are your properties good for families?
Yes! Many rentals include multiple bedrooms, game rooms, and fully equipped kitchens—perfect for families and groups.
Can I host a special event at a Vacation Lovers property?
Yes! Some of our cabins and glamping spots are perfect for small weddings, honeymoons, or family gatherings. Reach out to us directly to discuss event details before booking.
Are your properties pet-friendly?
Some of our rentals are pet-friendly, but not all. Be sure to check the property listing details, or reach out if you’re unsure—we’d love to help you find the perfect fit.
How far are the cabins from Dollywood and the Smoky Mountains?
Most of our properties are just 15–20 minutes from Dollywood and about 20–30 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You’ll be close to the action but tucked away enough to relax in peace..
Do you charge additional fees?
Each reservation includes a cleaning fee and applicable taxes. We don’t charge hidden resort fees. Any additional charges—such as pet fees—will be clearly listed before you book.
What should I pack for my stay?
Think comfy and practical! Bring weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy shoes for exploring, swimwear for hot tubs or water parks, and your favorite snacks. We provide the essentials like linens, towels, and kitchenware.
Do your cabins have hot tubs or mountain views?
Many of our properties feature private hot tubs, fire pits, and mountain views. Check the listing description for details on each rental.
What should I do while staying in the Smokies?
