Highest Point (4700 sq. Ft) - Just Renovated, the house sits at the highest residential point in Gatlinburg ABOVE THE CLOUDS at an approx. elevation 3,000 ft. above sea level. The views are stunning! You overlook Ober Ski Lift and downtown Gatlinburg. The millions of stars can be viewed unobstructed making you feel like you can just pluck them from the sky!
About the Property
This house is one of a kind and located next to Ober Gatlinburg where everyone skis in the Smokies! You open the front door and all of a sudden you are on top of the world!! Because it borders the Smoky Mountains National Park, you can also go hiking without driving to the trail. You may enjoy the various community pools and tennis courts Chalet Village offers.
The kitchen is fully equipped (including espresso, K-Cup and standard coffee machines to accommodate most coffee lovers), game room, TV room, poker area, hot tub and multiple decks make this cabin attractive for all age groups!
Though you are at the top of the mountain, you can get up to the house in a regular car (4 wheel drive is helpful but NOT necessary unless it’s snowing). The roads to the top paved but steep.

Outside enjoy the outdoor grills and pizza oven while taking a dip in the hot tub overlooking downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mtns. You may see plenty of wildlife (birds, BEARS, etc.), while sitting on any of the various decks.
9 Minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and within 25 minutes from most of Sevierville’s & Pigeon Forge attractions. Plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from for all ages.
DOG FEES: Are SEPARATE and must be paid PRIOR to check in. $300 PET Steemer Cleaning Fee (additional to regular cleaning fee), plus $30/night. MAX 2 Dogs allowed. ONLY WELL BEHAVED DOGS ALLOWED. Additional $350 REFUNDABLE PET DEPOSIT applies. All pet fees are invoiced separately and are subject to taxes.
EARLY CHECK IN:
Only allowed if no one is checking out on your check in date, with permission, and after paying the early check in fee of $25/hr., if checking in at 2pm or earlier.
*PLEASE NOTE* IDS- After your booking is confirmed, please submit a copy of your ID FRONT AND BACK via the AIRBNB portal. This helps us to prevent credit card fraud. Even though we set up the system for AIRBNB to collect your ID, they don't forward the ID to us and we have to collect it from the guest ourselves. If you have not submitted your ID, a reminder message will be sent to you.
POOL: Open during SUMMER MONTHS ONLY. 9am to 9pm. Closed for maintenance Tues & Wednesdays depending on which pool you use. Go to www.ChaletVillageOwnersClub.com for information on pool locations and hours.

Other things to note
We recommend you arrive prior to getting dark. The GPS will get you to the house but it is easier to find it during the day.
The roads leading to the house are paved but steep in some areas.
Please do NOT leave children unattended OUTSIDE; we have heavy bear activity as we literally border the Smoky Mtns. National Park.
Do NOT LEAVE FOOD IN CARS. Lock car doors (bears open them).
Grill must be cleaned after each use to prevent bears from destroying appliances. You will be responsible for damage to outdoor kitchen if you fail to follow the rules.
