This newly renovated rustic meets luxury secluded property is one of a kind located above the other cabins in the Smoky Mountains Ridge subdivision giving you 360 degree views of the mountains. The property encompasses a custom-built treehouse, observation deck, outdoor fireplace, outdoor kitchen, and huge deck.
About the Property
This original hand-hewn cabin sits on nearly 4 acres and consists of 5 bedrooms, a loft (serves as 6th bedroom), and 4 bathrooms. Cielito Lindo is located above a high-end luxury subdivision. Though you are at the top of the mountain, you can get up to the house in a regular car (4 wheel drive is helpful but NOT necessary). The roads to the top are very nice, mostly paved with gentle curves.
Enter the luxurious marble master bath with its private commode, and crystal chandelier and you may never want to leave the room, especially when you see the floor to ceiling glass windows which will take your breath away! Bathe in the large marble shower overlooking the smoky mountains or close the shades for added privacy; either way it will be glorious to bathe in this beautiful and new custom shower or relax in a hot bubble bath in the state-of-the-art air jet tub.
*Weddings allowed with a $1,200 fee - no exceptions, this covers clean-up, maintenance, wear and tear (FAQ’s in Description). Includes 40 chairs and five 6' foldable tables.

- 4 Wheelchair ramps (main floor, basement front door, and ramp on each of the two lower bedrooms)
- Wheelchair ramp and concrete path connecting basement to main level
- Bedroom 4 has a wide entry (approximately 42”) for wheelchair comfort, and a set of French doors with a ramp leading to outside
- Bedroom 4 bathroom has hand grips in shower and a shower seat is also available in the closet
All enough for the entire family to have some fun on the rainiest of days!
Outside enjoy the outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and/or fireplace while taking a dip in the hot tub overlooking Mt. Leconte. You may see plenty of wildlife (turkeys, birds, etc.), while sitting on any of the various decks.
WEDDING FAQ’s
We are happy to answer your questions about hosting your wedding on our property and here is information that covers many of the questions we have experienced.
1. Cielito Lindo is limited to the maximum of 50 attendees for an event.
2. Our fee is $1,200 for up to 50 attendees; this is a separate fee which must be invoiced - no exceptions!
3. We require a third party insurance that is offered at cover my events and has two options of coverage. The insurance is above the fee with two options between $200-$350. Go to: covermyeventsDOTcom
4. We have tables and chairs for your use. We provide them for you to set up where you like and also to take down. Using the tables and deck area are just fine and whether you use a DJ or Caterer is your decision and does not affect the above named fee. Fee does not include additional toiletries for wedding guests not staying in the house.
5. Allowances are made for catered receptions, licensed bartenders, DJ's for music and dancing and many other items which come with a wedding.
6. We do ask that we be consulted of your general plans for the site due to our experience with this property.
7. The arbor is in place for all weddings so you would be most welcome to use it for your ceremony; you may not take it down.
8. Cielito is about 5 miles SW of the parkway in Pigeon Forge just off Wears Valley Rd.
9. We do have a cabin 3 doors down from Cielito called Sunrise and will sleep about 14. We also have Smoky’s Poolside Retreat - which is a larger cabin 6/6 in the same subdivision with an indoor pool, theater and game room. This could be much more cost effective than a motel/lodge. Our guess is you will love this area and want to come back for your anniversaries too! We have hosted many weddings here at Cielito Lindo and it is always a pleasure.

Easy access and just 7 minutes to Parkway as well as many of Sevierville’s & Pigeon Forge attractions; 15 minutes to Gatlinburg. 7 Minutes to Kroger and Publix door to door. Plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from for all ages.
EARLY CHECK IN:
Only allowed with owner permission, and after paying early check in fee.
ID REQUIRED- You will be asked to provide a copy of your ID after your reservation is confirmed
Guest access
The entire cabin is yours to use and enjoy. You will receive check in information the day before your arrival. Early check in is permitted IF AVAILABLE at a rate of $25/hour, for arrival prior to 4pm.
Other things to note
- WiFi internet provided on all levels except basement
- Smart TVs throughout the house
- The primary renter must be a minimum age of 28 years or older to rent this cabin.
- Do NOT LEAVE FOOD OUTSIDE!!
- Cover hot tub when not in use.

IDS- After your booking is confirmed, please submit a copy of your ID via the AIRBNB portal. This helps us to prevent credit card fraud. Even though we set up the system for AIRBNB to collect your ID, they don't forward the ID to us and we have to collect it from the guest ourselves. If you have not submitted your ID, a reminder message will be sent to you as well to do so.
-Early check in (if available), has a fee of $75. The same applies to late checkouts (if available). We do discourage early check ins and late checkouts. By showing up early, or checking out late, you agree to pay this fee (preferably thru a modification payment), or via deduction from your deposit.
-Events are allowed as well as family reunions and retreats; however, we do NOT allow drinking parties, nor sorority gatherings nor parties for individuals below the age of 30. You MUST get permission IN ADVANCE from the owner to have an event and if you are having any type of ceremony (marriage, renewal of vows, etc....) where the platform will be used, there is an additional $900 event fee which covers the cost of the prepping and mowing of the yard and additional clean up after check out. The $900 event fee will be an additional transaction. Also you must purchase your own insurance at www.covermyevents.com and confirmation must be sent to us via the messaging portal. IF an event is held WITHOUT prior approval, the guest will be in violation and the security deposit will be forfeited along with any extra costs if any damage occurs.
