- Bedroom 4 bathroom has hand grips in shower and a shower seat is also available in the closet

All enough for the entire family to have some fun on the rainiest of days!

Outside enjoy the outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and/or fireplace while taking a dip in the hot tub overlooking Mt. Leconte. You may see plenty of wildlife (turkeys, birds, etc.), while sitting on any of the various decks.

WEDDING FAQ’s

We are happy to answer your questions about hosting your wedding on our property and here is information that covers many of the questions we have experienced.

1. Cielito Lindo is limited to the maximum of 50 attendees for an event.

2. Our fee is $1,200 for up to 50 attendees; this is a separate fee which must be invoiced - no exceptions!

3. We require a third party insurance that is offered at cover my events and has two options of coverage. The insurance is above the fee with two options between $200-$350. Go to: covermyeventsDOTcom

4. We have tables and chairs for your use. We provide them for you to set up where you like and also to take down. Using the tables and deck area are just fine and whether you use a DJ or Caterer is your decision and does not affect the above named fee. Fee does not include additional toiletries for wedding guests not staying in the house.

5. Allowances are made for catered receptions, licensed bartenders, DJ's for music and dancing and many other items which come with a wedding.

6. We do ask that we be consulted of your general plans for the site due to our experience with this property.

7. The arbor is in place for all weddings so you would be most welcome to use it for your ceremony; you may not take it down.

8. Cielito is about 5 miles SW of the parkway in Pigeon Forge just off Wears Valley Rd.

9. We do have a cabin 3 doors down from Cielito called Sunrise and will sleep about 14. We also have Smoky’s Poolside Retreat - which is a larger cabin 6/6 in the same subdivision with an indoor pool, theater and game room. This could be much more cost effective than a motel/lodge. Easy access and just 7 minutes to Parkway as well as many of Sevierville’s & Pigeon Forge attractions; 15 minutes to Gatlinburg. 7 Minutes to Kroger and Publix door to door. Plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from for all ages.

EARLY CHECK IN:

Only allowed with owner permission, and after paying early check in fee.

ID REQUIRED- You will be asked to provide a copy of your ID after your reservation is confirmed

Guest access

The entire cabin is yours to use and enjoy. You will receive check in information the day before your arrival. Early check in is permitted IF AVAILABLE at a rate of $25/hour, for arrival prior to 4pm.

Other things to note

- WiFi internet provided on all levels except basement

- Smart TVs throughout the house

- The primary renter must be a minimum age of 28 years or older to rent this cabin.

- Do NOT LEAVE FOOD OUTSIDE!!

- Cover hot tub when not in use.
