This home would also make a beautiful wedding venue, and is perfect for corporate events, family reunions and executive stays.
The living room along with several of the large master bedrooms boast fireplaces. The 3rd level has a wet bar, game room including a poker table, pool table and arcade room. The furniture is high end as this is a private residence in a gated community in Dandridge, TN. Views of the Smoky Mountains and lake are stunning!

Douglas Lake - The TVA manages Douglas Lake; lake levels drop about 30 feet during the late fall and winter months; however, you have lake views year round. During mid to late Spring, and all Summer, you can swim in the lake, fish off the pier (Douglas Lake is famous for its Bass). Douglas Lake is a BASSMASTER Top 100 Lake, and top 10 in the nation for Largemouth Bass!! It’s 43 miles upriver from Douglas Dam thru the foothills Smoky Mountains.

Owners sometimes occupy the apartment on the property (does not interfere with guest access as it has a separate entrance). The apartment is already excluded from the listing.

Family reunions and family events allowed with owner permission. We keep our boat docked for about 6 months out of the year, but you are welcome to fish from our pier, and you can certainly swim in the lake during the late spring, summer months and early fall. Please note the water levels drop from about November to April of each year - this applies to all homes on Douglas Lake.
