About the Property
This 8 acre secluded property is one of a kind located at the top of the Smoky Mountains giving you 180 degree views of the mountains. The property encompasses a total of 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a long driveway, with a bridal suite over the owners garage. The bridal suite (bedroom 6), has a kitchenette and private deck with its own PRIVATE HOT TUB and beautiful views. The main house has 3 levels with expansive views and most bedrooms either having their own private balconies or access to the deck.
Enter the property and you may never want to leave the cabin, especially when you see the floor to ceiling glass windows which will take your breath away! Bathe in the master shower overlooking the smoky mountains and during the summer you can open the glass doors for an outdoor shower experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped (including espresso, K-Cup and standard coffee machines to accommodate most coffee lovers), game room, TV room, hot tub and multiple decks make this cabin attractive for all ages.

This home with its multiple levels, game room, living room, TV room, pool table, arcade area is enough for the entire family to have some fun on the rainiest of days! Some of our guests don’t leave the property at all except for groceries.
Outside enjoy a dip in the hot tub overlooking the Smoky Mountains while hearing the river below (not visible), or while you BBQ burgers and steaks for the family. You may see plenty of wildlife (deer, birds, bears, etc.), while sitting on any of the various decks.
This property is about 7 minutes to Greenbrier Grocery (the local market which is on 321 - one of the main roads in the Smokies), and less than 10 minutes to the Arts and Crafts area in Gatlinburg. It’s about 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, and 25 minutes to many of Sevierville’s & Pigeon Forge attractions, including Dollywood. There are plenty of attractions, restaurants and outlet shops to choose from for all ages in the area.
EARLY CHECK IN:
Only allowed with owner permission, and after paying early check in fee.
ID REQUIRED- You will be asked to provide a copy of your ID (FRONT AND BACK) after your reservation is confirmed.
You are at the top of the mountain, so all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is preferred but NOT required to get up the mountain. The roads in the subdivision are entirely paved.

Even though we set up the system for AIRBNB to collect your ID, they don't forward the ID to us and we have to collect it from the guest ourselves. If you have not submitted your ID, a reminder message will be sent to you as well to do so.
-Early check in (if available), has a fee of $75. The same applies to late checkouts (if available). We do discourage early check ins and late checkouts. By showing up early, or checking out late, you agree to pay this fee (preferably thru a modification payment), or via deduction from your deposit.
-Events are allowed as well as family reunions and retreats; however, we do NOT allow drinking parties, nor sorority gatherings nor parties for individuals below the age of 30. You MUST get permission IN ADVANCE from the owner to have an event. IF an event is held WITHOUT prior approval, the guest will be in violation and the security deposit will be forfeited along with any extra costs if any damage occurs.
