This home with its multiple levels, game room, living room, TV room, pool table, arcade area is enough for the entire family to have some fun on the rainiest of days! Some of our guests don’t leave the property at all except for groceries.

Outside enjoy a dip in the hot tub overlooking the Smoky Mountains while hearing the river below (not visible), or while you BBQ burgers and steaks for the family. You may see plenty of wildlife (deer, birds, bears, etc.), while sitting on any of the various decks.

This property is about 7 minutes to Greenbrier Grocery (the local market which is on 321 - one of the main roads in the Smokies), and less than 10 minutes to the Arts and Crafts area in Gatlinburg. It’s about 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, and 25 minutes to many of Sevierville’s & Pigeon Forge attractions, including Dollywood. There are plenty of attractions, restaurants and outlet shops to choose from for all ages in the area.

EARLY CHECK IN:

Only allowed with owner permission, and after paying early check in fee.

ID REQUIRED- You will be asked to provide a copy of your ID (FRONT AND BACK) after your reservation is confirmed.

You are at the top of the mountain, so all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is preferred but NOT required to get up the mountain. The roads in the subdivision are entirely paved.

Guests will have access to entire lodge except garage and owners closet.
