An Important Update on Aaron Branch Estates

On August 29, 2025, our Aaron Branch Way property in Sevierville was tragically lost to a fire. While we are heartbroken, we are grateful that everyone is safe, and we remain committed to caring for our guests and community.

Our First Priority: Guest Safety

At Vacation Lovers, safety has always been at the center of how we care for our guests. The fire occurred while the property was rented for a wedding weekend, but thankfully, it was unoccupied at the time. Our team was able to act quickly and provide the wedding party with a new place to stay at one of our other luxury properties, while fire and rescue worked to secure the site at Aaron Branch.

What This Means for Bookings

2025 Weddings & Events
Our team is personally working with each couple booked for 2025 to secure a new property that best fits their vision. We are committed to making these transitions as seamless as possible.
2026 Bookings
Sadly, all 2026 Aaron Branch reservations must be canceled. Full refunds will be issued promptly, and our team will contact each guest directly to assist with next steps.
