This beautiful plantation-style mansion with complete wrap-around porches large enough for family gatherings, sports team travel, weddings, or corporate events. It’s about 8,500 Sq. Ft., on 4 levels with 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. This mansion is an entertainer’s dream, with televisions throughout the house, a huge game room, a movie theater, and a dedicated workspace for all your needs. Enjoy the outdoors with our full outdoor kitchen, bonfire area, and large gazebo to host guests, or relax in the hot tub on our full wrap-around porches to take in all the scenic views. The Big McDaddy gets its name from all the amenities it has to offer, all while providing the utmost privacy with only a 15 minute drive to downtown Sevierville. Once you arrive at the Big McDaddy, you won’t want to leave, nor find a need to!

***Brand new indoor, heated pool, installed Dec 2023! The pool fee is $150 per day of your stay to be invoiced separately. If the property is being rented for an event or wedding, pool is not available after 11 AM on the day of the event due to safety and insurance reasons***

Events and weddings allowed- $1500 Additional Fee for up to 65 guests, includes 70 chairs and 6 tables, arch, and use of the property for a party. Max of 2 Pets is allowed with a $500 additional cleaning fee due to the size of the house. 66-110 guests wedding fee $2000, wedding coordinator required for more than 65 guests. We will make suggestions of coordinators familiar with the property for you to choose from and transact directly with - we are not affiliated with any.
