Just six minutes from the outlets and all major attractions on Parkway in Pigeon Forge, it offers both convenience and privacy on over an acre of land. With nearly 7,000 sq. ft. of living space, there’s ample room to relax and entertain. The brand-new deck is perfect for family gatherings, weddings, and events of up to 45 guests. Inside, enjoy a game room with an arcade, pool table, and other games, along with a professional theater for a true cinematic experience. Whether you're hosting an event or simply unwinding in the beauty of the mountains, Big Kahuna is the ultimate retreat.

*Events are allowed with a $2,100 event fee, which includes 45 chairs, 5 tables, an arch, and use of the property for a single-day event.
